Come take a walk on the dark side with Haunted Vicksburg’s Ghost Walk! A twelve-block stroll through Vicksburg’s oldest and most haunted neighborhood. The Trail of Tears, antebellum duels, yellow fever epidemics, and a 47-day siege have left old Vicksburg with quite a legacy of “unfinished business” and restless spirits.

Tours are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 8 p.m. March-December. Tours last just over an hour.

The pace of this tour is leisurely, with many stops and several places where you can sit down on a step or bench if needed. The neighborhood is beautiful, full of antebellum homes, gardens and churches. Bring your camera and comfortable walking shoes.

The tour begins at the southwest corner of the Old Court House Museum at the corner of Monroe and Grove Streets at the small circular park pictured below. You may enter the address 1022 Monroe Street into you GPS-enabled device to find us. (Please note 1022 Monroe is the address of the Bazinsky House and they are not associated with Haunted Vicksburg).

Tours are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. We ask that guests arrive by 7:45 p.m.

Cost is $20 adult, $15 12 and under, 5 and under are free.
